| I am looking for someone who is quiet, respectful also loves dogs and working to possibly rent the bedroom I have in a fully furnished house. I have a room for rent that is partly furnished with a king size bed, tvstand, nightstand, curtains. Has a closet as well in the room. House would be shared and also completely furnished. MUST be good with dogs as I have two and no other animals allowed unfortunately. Absolutely no drugs or smoking. Fenced backyard and deck. Shared washer and dryer. On street parking. Buss stop on the side of the house. Close to parkland and tm Robert’s. Garbage and recycling pick up. I am on rotation with work so kinda looking for the right person who is that same and mindful of that. I would prefer a girl as the room is upstairs and by my room but I would still be open for that right person. (My dogs are nice, one is old and likes to just sleep but my other is still a puppy and learning still…. So hyper but very loving but still learning like I said) located in Cranbrook BC. Rent includes utilities + wifi. Plus half months rent for damage deposit and looking for someone for October 1st 2024 :) ****Long term renting ***** |
