| Room for rent in upscale house in Cranbrook backing into Joseph creek. Available Dec 15th, 2024. Room rent includes all utilities and use of kitchen, washer and dryer, both living rooms and yard. Room comes fully furnished with a queen bed, closet, and dresser if needed. Strict no smoking policy, but pets are considered. Damage Deposit of $400 is required to secure room, and 800$ a month prior to moving in. We are all between 18-31 years old so only people within our age range will be considered.
