| Room for rent kinsmen Beach Invermere Shared kitchen bathroom laundry This is my home here in Invermere and I am seeking a roommate, maybe two. It is an original house near the beach Fort Point; walk to downtown, walk to the ski shuttle, walk to the beach. The perfect candidate would be a working person, honest and reliable, and not scared of a snow shovel. I own an environmental company with our operations up in Northern Eastern British Columbia and am rarely home due to very large years long projects we are engaged in. I am seeking someone that is clean, reliable, respectful to my house, things, neighbors, and be able to immediately contact me with any things that come up. I have several properties spread out over Alberta Sask and BC and am an experienced landlord. Rooms are queen beds with keyed locking doors. All utilities are included. Let me know as much as you can, where you work, how long you need it for, how many vehicles, etc and I can arrange a time to meet and view.
