| EXECUTIVE HOME located in upper Abeerdeen, directly on the #4 bus route approx 10 - 15 min from TRU and 5 - 7 min from Aberdeen Mall. We are a mature, respectful, quiet, non partying household so please be like minded. Available is a large room with a queen sized bed, full dresser w mirror, two nightstands w lamps, a desk and chair. There is a fully furnished common room and full bathroom to be shared with a mature female working student so we prefer another student, there is also a private side entrance to the house. Included in the rent is all utilities, high speed internet, shared laundry and use of the kitchen so you will need your own items for cleaning, cooking, and eating therefore cupboard space will be provided. Parking is on the street fcfs if you drive otherwise the bus stop is a 2 to 3 min walk in either direction and the DD is 1/2 a months rent.
