We are a mature, respectful, quiet, non partying household so please be like minded. Available is a large bedroom with a queen sized bed, full sized dresser w mirror, two night stands w lamps, a desk w chair and double closet space. There is a large furnished common room with a fridge and shelf space next to it, a full sized bathroom shared with 1 mature student and a private side entrance to the house for student use. Inc in the rent is all utilities, high speed internet, shared laundry and use of the kirchen therefore you will need your own items for cooking, eating and cupboard space will be provided.
