Month to month as ill be selling the property in about 1 years time. Pictures are from the couple moving out. They are firefighters and treated my home with respect, i ask the same in return. They hung up a few sheets for privacy and ive made good friends with them as we worked on the same crew. 600$ Welfare or disability pay is ok. No hard drugs or creepy people.
