| The location: North Shore location, very conveniently located on Yew Street. Red beard next door, grocery store down the street, Yew Street food Hall downstairs. Bus stop across the street (#1,#2 and #10 Express TRU) The building: Very new building includes a gym, bicycle storage and you get your own parking spot. The unit: The unit includes a washer and dryer, dishwasher and balcony. Gorgeous kitchen, tall ceilings and tastefully decorated living room, dining room. Lots of light and gorgeous plants scattered throughout the apartment. The room: Smaller room with larger closet and you would have a private bathroom with this room rental, and this bathroom has a bathtub. Other details: Single occupancy please. The room is unfurnished however I do have a few items in storage I could bring out if you require some items. Sharing with me, a working professional and very friendly cat named Stella. No other pets are allowed in this rental. Move in date is December 1 however I could make December 15th work if you need. Rent is $1000 and utilities tend to be between $40-60$ a month depending on the season and usage. Damage deposit $500, flexible lease duration but 6 months minimum is preferred. |
