| Hello. I have 2 empty bedrooms available upstairs in my 2 level 4 bedroom duplex. I’m looking for a working male or female to share my duplex with. Your rent would be $1050 a month, for the 2 upstairs bedrooms, the main bathroom with bath tub, the living room, and the dining room, etc. The living room and dining room are furnished for the most part but your welcome to decorate how you like. The bedrooms upstairs aren’t furnished. Shared kitchen and shared laundry. Laundry is downstairs. I have a gym room downstairs you are welcome to use. Utilities are included. If you want to share internet it would be around $50 to $60 a month. There’s parking in the driveway. The yard is big, and it has very good soil for a garden if you want to plant one next spring. Big open field in the back to walk. Dog parks in the area too. Close to the river by the airport. Good hiking and biking trails close. I currently don’t have any pets but I’m pet friendly. The damage deposit is half the rent. Pet deposit depends on pet. Thanks |
