Only the room is unfurnished. -LGBT friendly -No pets -No smoking -Shared laundry on each floor (coin operated) -Parking space available -Bills not included (about $100 additional a month) -AC -No dishwasher -For rent by tenant -Some storage space -Balcony -PO box in building I am 21 and have lived here already for 3 years.
