Parking for two or more vehicles as well as a bus stop directly out front. This home is also in the catchment for the brand new Parkcrest Elementary school for those families looking for a new home. Please include the following information in your post - basic replies and "is this available" will be ignored. 1) How many people will you be living with? 2) What do your work situations look like? 3) If you're not working, are you a student/retired? 4) Ideally, how long would you like to have tenancy for? We will be only looking at minimum 1 year. 5) Are there any concerns we should know about? This could be an ongoing bankruptcy, trouble paying your bills, looking to buy a home soon but need something for the short term, etc. (I know it’s a funny question but there are many different types of renters). 6) We will require half-month rent for damage deposit upon move-in. Rent will be due at the 1st of the month. Utilities are BC Hydro and Fortis and are paid by the tenants. You will need to set up an account with Hydro (it’s very easy and we can help with that if you haven’t done it before).
