Plus side is I am only at the house a couple of days a month - most of the time you have the entire house to yourself for weeks at a time. That requires the roommate to be reliable at keeping house plants watered, yard mowed, snow shoveled, etc during the long periods you are here alone. Located in Marysville; 10 minutes from Kimberley and 20 minutes from Cranbrook. Two blocks from Rails to Trails and the Mark Creek Trail. This is a non-smoking and no recreational drugs home; owners don't care what you smoke out in the yard. Visitors are fine, including staying a night or two to visit - there is an unused spare bedroom. Owner is fine with parties and social gatherings as long as they don't annoy the neighbors. Dogs as visitors are fine, but no permanent pets. House has all rooms furnished, full kitchenware for cooking and baking. Laundry facilities downstairs and some deep freezer space. Some storage space in garage and basement for bicycles, recreation & sports equipment. Monthly bills for city utilities, gas, hydro, internet, etc are shared 50/50 |
