You will be sharing the suite with just myself and my cat MAX❤️⬛ He is adorable tuxedo, neutered, and fixed kitty and extra cuddly and adorable I got all the common areas furnished already but it was all for free, so I’m not super attached to anything -if you have furniture it’s welcome for sure also fully functional kitchen in case you only come with your bed and a couple of boxes ⏰ When? Move in Oct 1! (Room Will probably be available for bringing stuff in the weekend of 28,29.9) Where? Kits. Collingwood & 5th. (One block away from famous 4th Avenue where all the restaurants, bars, cute little shops!) The beach is 4 blocks walking down the street. Across the street is IGA, 1 block down Is No Frills, 10 blocks down is Safeway and Whole Foods and Lena farms- so you have groceries covered walking distance The #99 on broadway & Dunbar is 8 min walk, otherwise the # 4/7 is 30 sec walk to the road. if you drive- there is plenty of FREE street parking! Someone chill, fun, mature, MINDFUL OF OTHER PEOPLE, aka not slamming doors when I sleep or talk on speaker or leaving a mess in the kitchen/bathroom after using it. You have to be CLEAN AND TIDY. It is a must, cuz I am very picky when it come to communal areas been clean-and if you don’t clean it’ll drive me crazy and I will eventually resent you so you gotta be CLEAN Must be LGB & 420 friendly cuz I’m both lol and doesn’t mind the occasional company but with healthy boundaries around school night etc How much? 1250$ a month.
