Oyster Bay Beach House is situated at the end of the picturesque Ladysmith harbour, overlooking the surrounding mountains and Salt Spring with the Gulf Islands. This property has lots of wildlife and birds and offers a walk on waterfront and private beach access, making it easy to launch your kayak or canoe. Oyster Bay Beach House is a home and beautiful location for a couple or a family. Sleeps six easily. Beach House is fully furnished with bedding, kitchen supplies, linens, towels, TV and AC. There is a master bedroom upstairs and bathroom plus a king and queen bed downstairs with a bathroom/shower and washer/dryer. There are 4 spaces to park cars around the home. Waterfront beach access and 2 spots to launch a kayak or small boat at medium to high tide. Barbeque with extra propane, picnic table and beach chairs with cushions provided Campfire (when permitted) Games: Croquet, bocce, soccer and horseshoes available too. Damage deposit is $1,500 and BH is available April 10/24 to end of July then on a monthly basis. Rent includes hydro, internet, landscaping, blue box and garbage removal. |
