Lake Cowichan is a vibrate bustling community in the summer, and a quiet, safe, small laketown community with all modern conveniences all year round. Located central Van Isl. with larger city center within 25 mins and 1 hr 15 mins to Victoria. BC Ferries (Duke Point-45 min, Cassidy Airport 40min, Harbour Air 30 min. drive). Hiking and fishing are popular year round - trailhead less than 5 mins walk. Community offers a private beachfront, clubhouse with pool table and gym year round, with a seasonal pool and hottub. This is bear country, with elk & deer you’re are surrounded by nature. Ideal tenant will be - clean, tidy, respectful professional(outdoor enthusiast), retired showbird, single or couple (1-2 people max), they will be "bear aware" (garbage).
