I am located in Malakwa five minutes to crazy creek and ten minutes to Sicamous this is shared with myself female middle aged home body No smoking indoors however covered deck and fenced yard for ur enjoyment and needs. NO PARTIES!!! NO COUPLES!! Room is empty now but hoping to fill for May first commencement if interested tell me a bit about urself and let’s see if we would be suitable housemates! Room is not furnished! Must provide own bedroom furniture! Price will include power water etc come winter months we’d split on wood costs all kitchen and living room furnishings you just furnish your room!
