| Hey my name is Philly and I own a 3BD/2BA large condo across from science world that I have my second large fully move in ready bedroom coming available Dec 1st or 15th on a month to month flexible lease. Renting it for a furnished rate of $1550 plus $100 for utilities/supplies and parking underground available to be rented at $100 We are two females around 30, lgbt friendly, that love to keep a really clean and organized place, both work m-f outside the condo professionally and enjoy spending our free time keeping busy, travelling or staying active.
