Looking for a clean, quiet, tidy respectful working roomate who doesnt smoke, party do drugs or drink excessive alcohol. You will be sharing the house with myself, a 37 yr old male, working professional. I prefer to not have visitors over alot. As i do the same. Must be an animal lover as i have 2 cats and a dog. Sorry no more animals. All utilities are included! Wifi, heat, hotwater, hydro. Looking to start a short term lease and potentially longer term if were a great fit as roomates.
