| Available Jan 1st with the possibility of earlier. Unfurnished room available in a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom condo with incredible ocean views in downtown Nanaimo. It's a 3 floor building with great neighbors. I'm quiet, clean, respectful and work full time, looking to share my suite with someone similar. I like to keep busy, keep to myself, explore the Island on my down time and will always have the Canucks game on if I'm home on game night. Rent is $800 plus utilities (hydro roughly $30, internet & cable are $40 a month). DD is half a months rent. Rent is month to month. Sorry, no pets.
