| Looking for a roommate: I have an unfurnished spacious master bedroom with private attached bathroom with skylight, walk-in closet, and own balcony access for rent for $1,350/month. No extra bills and you get your own designated parking spot on the driveway. We also got our own washer and dryer. It’s located in upper Harewood by the Quality Foods. It’s an upper floor of a house, really bright and spacious. Nice big kitchen and the balcony faces a currently undeveloped forested lot. The sound proofing is not ideal so we just have to be extra respectful between 11pm-9am. Little bit about me: Im 31 and more of a homebody, decently quiet, and keep to myself. I love a clean and quiet home and would like to live with someone who values that as well. You can smoke cigarettes/weed on the balcony but the windows by it just have to be closed.
