This bright log house is well-lit (lots of double glaze windows), Recessed lighting, living-room chandelier. The logs are tight, interior and exterior vapor sealed! Laundry may be used. The medium-size wood stove has an air-tight 12-hour burn when minus 20celcius, a catalytic inset provides a near-smokeless chimney. ~ 200 meter Driveway snowplowed when snowfall greater than 10 cm. Tenants are responsible for utilities, internet, phone, wood-stove back-up, snow removal, sanding driveway, yard and garbage. Criminal Record Check and Credit Check required.
