Parking is available and we are 200 Meters from a bus stop where there is a bus running every 15 minutes. Westcoast Express by Bus in 2 min or take a 10 minute walk. We are situated in between 2 nearby stations. This is a very safe area with many walking trails, sports facilities, and walking distance to the Rec Centre or again a quick bus ride. WIFI, Heat, A/C, instant Hot water and all utilities are included in the rent. Because it is a unique space we are offering this as a furnished or unfurnished for the first renter. If rented furnished we will provide a new IKEA daybed/trundle style with drawers, a basic mattress and the ability to extend to a larger size. A small cabinet or dresser and a small table and 2 chairs. The rent for furnished is slightly higher at $1,200/month The Bedroom/Kitchen/Living area is 10'x13' plus separate bathroom No laundry, pets, smoking/vaping inside the house or near entrances to the house. Our application process is thorough and will include criminal record check as well as credit check. We have a third party assisting with this process and at no additional cost to you.
