We have three berth per dock and the one available is a midline berth. Monthly moorage rates with a 5 year lease and a $15,000 one-time move-in fee: $1,498 - shoreline berth $1,598 - midline berth $1.698 - waterline berth Monthly moorage on a month-to-month lease, with no one-time move-in fee: $1,696 - shoreline berth $1,796 - midline berth $1,896 - waterline berth We provide city sewer and water, BC Hydro power and a Telus connection. Sewer and water are included. Hydro is metered and tenants are sent a monthly hydro bill. Our docks are brand new and we have at least 8ft of depth on low tide. Each berth comes with one parking spot. Additional parking is $99 per month. There is a shower and laundry room.
