You will find tranquillity in this quiet neighbourhood. The room is located on the ground floor facing the backyard with one big window. Plenty of street parking for your vehicle or motorcycle. Just around 5 minutes walk to the Shell Road Trail, and 15 minutes to the nearest bus stop. The neighbours are very friendly because most of them are small families like us. Speaking from experience, this neighbourhood is very safe, and we have never seen any incident which required the presence of police.

The room is fully furnished with bedframe (drawers), closet, desk and chair. The only thing missing is a mattress and we'll be happy to get a new mattress, pillow and blankets, for you before you move in for reimbursement. You are free to use the backyard, and plant on the defined area of the garden.

We are a small family with a pet cat, and we are very approachable. We don't smoke. We are looking for preferably a student and a non-smoker.
