It is near Bridgeport and McLeod Ave. 20 min walk from Canada Line metro (Bridgeport Station) in Richmond, BC. Walking distance to Sungiven grocery store, Fujiya foods, Tim Hortons, Dollar store. I am a working professional, female in her 40s. I mostly use the space during the day to make aromatherapy products. I am into gardening, cooking, natural wellness. Shared bathroom. No couples, pets. Not a party house. You need to be a clean and and respectful person . Please write in your message a little about yourself, age , work, study and hobbies and length of stay preferred. Respectful of the environment is key (separating recycling, keep shared spaces tidy) No smoking inside. Laundry (in the backyard!), Wifi, hydro are included in rent. I even throw in laundry detergent, shampoo, hand soap & dish soap! |
