The common area includes a large kitchen with oven and multiple fridges, dishwasher, sitting area, and laundry. Bathroom and showers are also located in the common area. Located on a large lot in a quiet, scenic area, just down from the Salmo Ski Hill, there's ample opportunities to enjoy walks and hikes. Please contact us immediately as there's limited space. Note: this is a rooming house and therefore has no storage on site. A fully refundable deposit for the room ($300) and your pet ($300, if you have one) is required. Rental is monthly with 30 days notice to vacate. We do a soft credit check in order to approve the process. |
