First $50 of electricity bill is included in the rent. Propane, is use for heat and hot water. Property is pet friendly, but probably not child friendly. Has a 1/4 mile gravel driveway it’s good in summer for small cars, but winter probably something a little bigger is required. Land lord is not responsible for snow clearing. Available immediately Current tenants have explore net high speed internet, and report that propane was $350 every three months last winter.
