The suite is very spacious, with a cozy family room, large kitchen, laundry facilities, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Perfect for executives travelling, visiting Vancouver for vacation, etc. The house is in an ideal location (between main and Fraser street) where you can find many shops, restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops, etc! La Marche coffee shop is on our block. including utilities (internet, cable, heat, gas). **ideally no pets.
