I would consider myself as do others, to be the perfect tenant(great references available)...about me, 49, self employed for 25years, travel and away most of the time for work/play, have a 2.5year impeccable Abnb record across Canada, non smoker, non drinker, no drugs, super healthy runner, gym'er, hiker. I am beyond tidy, enjoy the quiet, my off time is spent in the mountains trail running and hiking in Western Canada.
