The suite is in a 100 year old heritage building that is well kept, and is a walk-up to the 2nd floor. No elevator. Pay laundry is in the building (billed per use, on a monthly basis to you). Fridge and stove are only a few years old, and there is lots of space for 2 people. West facing windows are bright and the suite has plenty of natural light. The downside is that summers are hot - please be aware of this. Photos are of similar suites. Unfortunately pets are not allowed. 3-6 Month Sublet. |
