| Hi everyone :) My boyfriend and I are going to travel so we want to SUBLET our one-bedroom apartment in the West End from December 1, 2024, to March 1, 2025 (3 months max). Again, this is a SUBLET, so no possibility of renewing after March 1, 2025. Our flat is a 4-minute walk from Sunset Beach, with ocean views. It’s fully furnished, with a small balcony, TV with cable and Crave, Netflix, WIFI, an air fryer, parking, pans, coffee maker, plates, cutlery, a blender, a bathtub... everything you need! :) We will pack our stuff away so the subletter feels at home. We’re looking for ONE PERSON or A COUPLE. Building rules: - No parties or loud noises after 10 p.m. (the landlord lives right above us) - No smoking, even on the balcony - No pets Price: CAD 2,700/month PM me if interested and we can plan a viewing. *We have 6 plants in the flat that will need a bit of water every 10 days :) easy! |
