| Hello, we will have 2 bedrooms available in a gorgeous shared house. We are thoroughly cleaning the shared space in the house. Rent: $1500 (+$300 for a couple) Available date: October 1st (minimum 5 months) Room size: 5.5 x 4.4 m (260sf) + walk-in closet + balcony + a large bathroom including a jacuzzi (jetted tub) Furnished: queen size bed, bedding, couch, desk, table, chair, small fridge, etc. Current housemates for the upper unit: 4 Canadians, 2 Indians, 1 American, 1 Japanese, (mixed gender and occupation, average age: around 30) *** Room 004 *** There are 5 bedrooms in the basement unit. All of the rooms have a private bathroom. You will share the kitchen and the laundry with 4-5 other people.
