| This old character home is located in the heart of beautiful Vancouver. Steps away to bus stop on Broadway, and easy access to everywhere, such as Main Street, or Downtown, or Commercial skyline stations. The house is currently occupied with two full time hard working females with an old cat. One of the tenants is school teacher who is regularly away during summer holidays, winter breaks and the Spring break; the other is the landlord who is also needed to travel abroad. The home is especially dog friendly and we are dog fans. The room is fully furnished, and it is an open space with beautiful skylights upstairs (no specific doors), which was occupied by an international UBC student for six years. But if you like to live in a fully private room, one of us is willing to switch rooms for you (the other room is 1100/m) The living room and the kitchen have all you need for daily life. So all you need is to bring yourself with personal possessions to live in. Utility and laundry are included. Ideal applicants are, Female only Female with a well trained dog is preferred. No smoking. |
