| The room is available now but the sublet can start any time in September. The room: -Big bedroom 1300 CAD/month for a single person or 1500 for a couple + utilities -furniture includes a bed, set of drawers and desk, there is a built in wall closet as well (see photos, decorations/plants will be removed) -the room is on the street level and it has a nice big window with a garden view -there is a storage room associated that you can use too About the house : -big 3 story house, big kitchen, 2 living room areas (one is currently used as gear room/bike storage), 2 full bathrooms + 1 half bathroom, big back garden -10 min walk from the beach, 5 min from a bus stop (the 4 and 84), close to UBC There are 6 other housemates in the house from various nationalities mostly in our late twenties and early thirties. Very low key house. There is often someone working from home, we all chat and hang out. Chores are shared with a chore chart. No pets unfortunately. If you are interested please reach out!
