The suite is about a 25 - 35 minute bus ride to the UBC Bus Loop/Campus or downtown Vancouver. The No. 2 bus stop is about 2 minutes away and it can take you downtown or to 41st Ave to take the R4 to either UBC or the nearest sky train stop. All UTILITIES are included in price. It Unfortunately, this is not a pet friendly or party friendly household. Kitchen and Household appliances will be provided:) A little bit about myself; I am a male professional and I am very TIDY AND CLEAN, enjoy watching tv and hanging out with people and friends. I also enjoy going on walks and hiking at times!
