Location: East 20th & Kingsway (Mount Pleasant area) Rent is $1050/mo + Hydro & Internet (~$70 averaged and combined) Month to month lease but year committment preferred. The room comfortably fits a double bed, a long chest of drawers, and a TV console, with some closet space as well. The townhouse has en-suite laundry and you will be sharing a living room and kitchen as a common space with 2 friendly roommates in the house. The room has a shared bathroom and shower right next to it. Garage contains extra storage. Please note that the house is furnished and you need only bring furniture for your bedroom. We have a garage where you can store outdoor equipment and motorbikes/light vehicles for extra storage. Street parking is convenient and consistently available. Bus stops - 2 mins walk to bus route to downtown (#19), and about 7 mins walk to bus route (#25) that takes you to King Edward Station. It is in a quiet, peaceful, residential neighborhood with a bunch of cool ethnic restaurants and groceries nearby.
