The neighbourhood is convenient and accessible to transit systems if you take transit. Loads of free street parking if you drive. House comes with a nice garden and room to create more garden beds if that’s your thing. It also has lots of storage if you have camping gear, bikes etc. in-suite laundry Right off the highway it’s an easy commute to North Van or Vancouver’s suburbs. It’s also close to Superstore, Canadian tire, Save-on-foods, Walmart, Whole Foods, Costco, BC liquor and more. The room is spacious and get lots of natural light. A little about me - I’m 35 and have lived in Vancouver for the past 7 years or so after moving from Calgary with two cats of who are absolute gentleman. I love to see people winning in their lives. I also love to workout, hike, meditate, puzzle and just fill up my cup with Personal Development and genuinely learning about people. Household communication is key. Casual drinking and 420 is a nonissue except smoking must be done outside the house. I’m looking for someone who is reputably clean and tidy, doesn’t work from home (if you do but you’re a kickass human, working from home isn’t a dealbreaker but have to have activities out of the house) who like to keep to themselves, but also enjoys casual chitchat (I don’t need to be friends with the proposed but I do need a friendly environment) Utilities are extra and range between 20$ in the summer and $80 in the winter 525$ damage deposit and signed subtenant lease agreement required |
