| ***Available for DECEMBER, can move in a few days earlier*** Looking for a roommate to live with me in a 2br suite! There are the two bedrooms and then a spare room/den. Right now it is being used for storage but I’m open to making it a study/office area if you don’t have very much stuff (I don’t.) The suite has a very spacious living room and a sizable kitchen, very roomy for two people! Bathroom is shared. Located just off of Commercial Drive. VERY walkable area - skytrain station and groceries a ~5 min walk away. Downtown in 15 minutes. There is street parking available with the city, next block up has a lot of safe unregulated parking. A bit about me: I’m a 26-year old design student at ECUAD. I also illustrate and am a big reader. Other people interested in the arts would be sick though it’s definitely not a requirement! Being a student I am most often studying quietly when I’m in the suite. I am looking for someone who generally leads a quiet lifestyle and can respect the house. Wifi + Utilities included! There’s a free laundry room also. Room is unfurnished but mattress, bed frame, and dresser are available to purchase if you need. LGBT+ friendly, no pets or smoking indoors.
