I'm open to 2 ppl sharing a room as well for a bit more rent to cover utilities Rent is $1100 which includes: Heat Hot Water Electricity Washer/Dryer Wifi Lease is month to month short term welcome The house has 8' ceilings lots of natural light with a skylight in the entrance and has laminate floors throughout...also has a 450 sq ft sundeck that has been newly updated with new stairs and wooden railing There is a full kitchen with a stove and fridge and there is a large living/dining area that has a sliding door to the very large sundeck There are 2 spacious size rooms both with queen size bed and the room for rent has an attached toilet with sink also with sliding door access to the sundeck...the room is furnished with a dresser, bed and sidetables The other room is for me, im a chill, friendly female but I will only be here part time since I travel often The main washroom has a tub with handheld shower The property is located near transit #3, 8, 100 buses and Canada Line Langara Station and Gateway Marine Dr Station Located Near UBC and Langara College, Superstore is nearby as well... in the Gateway Complex on Cambie and Marine Dr there is Silvercity, Steve Nash Gym Starbucks Banks T&T Market Shoppers Drug Mart, and Winners and lots of restaurants in the area...there is a Canadian Tire Best Buy Marshalls nearby as well No drinking, smoking or pets Please call to set up a viewing :) |
