| PLEASE READ: This is a 2 bed/2 bath and office condo shared with one other. The master bedroom with own bathroom is being sublet. The room is fully furnished. Leaving for up to two months for work and subletting my fully furnished bedroom in a fully furnished condo situated across the street from Oakridge Skytrain station on the Canada line. A few blocks walking distance to Langara, Queen Elizebeth Park, and across street from Liquor store. Coffee shops, pharmacy and restaurants within 20 meters of building on Cambie. Quite neighborhood major transportation options close by (skytrain and major bus lines). • Apartment: o Master bedroom with own dedicated bathroom (with shower and extra storage) Room is furnished with California King size bed , side table, lamp, 60 inch smart TV, massage chair, and EQ3 stand. Very large closet (3 x the average size) with shoe racks, clothing organizer, dresser and storage. Room is well lit and comes with blackout curtains and faces north west on the highest floor ( 4th) in the largest unit in the building. o Fully furnished kitchen with all plates, cutlery, etc. including blender, air fryer, pots/pans o In-suite laundry, dishwasher, new fridge and new stove o Large table, book shelf, 50 inch smart TV, couch, water cooler and bench in living room o Additional storage closets (2) o Office with desk drawers cabinets and dresser o Parking spot and additional storage lockers available for additional fee o High speed internet • Short-term sublet: o As early as week beginning October 21st - for either 1 month ending November 30th or two months ending December 31st . We can discuss if we need to arrange a flexible arrangement o Damage deposit equal to ½ months rent o Utilities separate and split with other roommate (internet, Hydro ) approx. $50 -$60 per month o Bike storage available o Another roommate is clean, quiet, and keeps to himself. You will likely only see him 1-2 times a week. He is new to Canada and works M-F 8 am – 8 pm o Rent is $1750 + utilities (roughly $50-$60 per month); Damage deposit is ½ months’ rent No pets and no smoking please.
