I am subletting just for the summer (May - August, 2024). This is a great location to live! Located a 5 min walk from the Dunbar bus loop with convenient service to UBC campus (~15-20 minute ride), downtown, Canada Line, etc. Save-On is a 7 min walk up the street and just up Dunbar there are several grocery and convenience stores, a public library, and a community center.
