It’s the original A-Frame ski lodge (1965) with character, history and lots of tilted ceilings. The view is beyond words. 3 small bedrooms, plus living room, 1 & 1/2 bathrooms, coin laundry in bldg, common lounge and museum downstairs, outdoor parking, bike/ski locker, dishwasher, kitchen appliances & dishes, etc. TV w cable, WiFi and landline. Just above Silver Star Village and all the attractions, but quiet also. Private sunny deck with BBQ. An excellent spot to get away from it all or focus on a special project, etc. 20 minute uphill drive from Vernon. If driving, you may need winter tires spring and fall. At 1700m elevation, the air is cooler and cleaner than in town. Price does not include filling/maintaining the private hot tub, which can be an add-on if desired. Hiking and Mtn Biking are available in Summer, some skiing should be available in April and November. Tenant must be responsible and respectful of the neighbourhood.
