| Vernon - Furnished 2 bed 1 bath basement suite with own entrance through secured carport. This space was previously used as an airbnb, and the kitchen cabinets and appliances were installed in 2020. There is in floor heat in the bathroom. In addition to furniture, the suite is stocked with linens and basic kitchen items. Suite has exclusive use of the secure, closed in carport for storage. No smoking, no parties, no pets. Our upstairs tenants are severally allergic to cats and it is a shared air system, shared heat and A/C. 1800 per month plus shared fortis and hydro (nearly always under 100 per month) based on single/dual occupants. City utilities included. Minimum 6 month lease however we would consider 3 month lease on a case by case basis for traveling health care professionals. Alternatively, we would consider 1700 unfurnished on a 1 year lease. Note: Currently the second bedroom is set up with a desk and does not have a bed.
