| Full time working individual or student for shared home. My spouse & I live upstairs. Downstairs is private room, private bathroom with shower, separate full sized fridge & separate living room. Driveway to park your car. Bedroom is set up with queen sized bed, dresser & shelf. Living room is set up with microwave, three bar stools, table & a couple of small side tables. Main Kitchen is upstairs & stocked with cookware, tableware, small appliances all shared & other kitchen items. Other shared areas are laundry washer/driver & the home gym. Includes utilities, internet, general housekeeping of shared spaces. Must like birds as I have a few & they can be LOUD. May consider dog, no drugs, smoking acceptable outside. 5-10 minutes drive to shopping & downtown. 10-20 minutes to beaches. Bus stop near by. References, proof of income & refundable damage deposit required. Quiet, considerate guests only. House rules in place for cleanliness, quiet living, respect for the house and other house mates.
