| Room and board! Extra bedroom and living space for rent. Den, rec room, bedroom and minimally shared bathroom with separate entrance. Access to the Predator Ridge fitness center and pool are included! Located in Predator Ridge, we are a family with a young teen, golden retriever and an extra bedroom (and most of a walkout basement). Shared kitchen and laundry. We have hosted international exchange students as well as college students. You are welcome to be as included in the family as you want. Food is included in the cost. We can even provide some transportation. No additional heating, utilities, etc. We have wifi, so your only other bill is your cell phone. This could be perfect for an employee at Sparkling Hill, Predator Ridge or student at Okanagan College or UBC-O. |
