Hello my name is JJ and I am looking for a new roommate in my 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment on Fern Street for October 1. Rent is $1125 + electricity and wifi. Parking spot available for $40 a month. I have been living with different roommates for over 5 years now and I am looking for a long term roommate. Room comes unfurnished but old roommate is open to selling furniture. Landlord is very nice and helpful, will need to pass a references check with him.
