| We are looking for 2 clean students (preferably female) to rent 2 beautiful spacious bedrooms in the basement suite of the house starting September 1st 2024 - April 31st, 2025. May potentially extend the lease to be longer but must be at least 7 months. The house is located in Saanich area in Victoria, BC off of Longview Drive. 2 other lovely female students who are very welcoming and kind live on the upper floor. Basement suite has 2 large individual rooms, private entrance, private kitchen, 1 private bathroom and shared laundry space with upper tenants. Each bedroom gets a lot of sunlight and has a homie feel! The basement is fully furnished, even the kitchen has all utensils and appliances you need. No pets or smoking. Details: - Utilities included (water, internet, electricity, heat) - Each bedroom is fully furnished each with a queen bed but there is room for additional furniture if wanted (total of 2 large bedrooms) - 5 minute drive to UVic or biking distance to the UVic campus - 7 minute drive to Camosun College - 5 minutes drive to Mout Doug - Close to various parks, gas stations, grocery stores, shoppers, etc. - 24hr street parking - Washer and dryer - Separate entrance walkout for the basement - Fenced off backyard that is shared with upper tenants - Private kitchen utilities included (cutlery, cups, plates, cooking utensils, pots/pans, etc).
