| $800 Looking for a quiet, N/S, and Non-Vaping person to rent a room, in an house asap, November. The room is pretty private, with a separate entrance. We are a family of 3: mom, teenager and a little friendly dog (hypoallergenic). The number #22 bus passes right in front of our house. Tillicum Mall, Victoria General Hospital and Eagle Creek Center are all very close. Downtown is a 15 minute bus ride away. Rent is all inclusive. There is access to w/d, free wifi, dishwasher, and hydro. The room can be furnished or unfurnished. Bathroom and kitchen are shared. And chores are shared in common areas, bi-monthly. Our ideal roommate would be a person who cleans after themselves and happily, contributes to maintaining clean common areas. Hope to meet you soon :) |
