Includes full amenities, kitchenware and the bedroom will have a bed, dresser, desk/chair, nightstand and closet dresser (some other things can be kept in the room too).There is a parking space in the driveway. There is a spacious kitchen and living room and backyard with a picnic table, table and chairs. Laundry is in the house. It is about a 10 min walk from Hillside Mall/Walmart, 12 min walk from Shelbourne Plaza and less than 10 min walk to reach the 14, 4/8, and 27/28 bus routes. Rent is $892/month, plus monthly wifi costs. As mentioned above, due to urgency to fill the room, all utilities costs will be covered. This includes water, hydro, and natural gas bills. I am looking for a female roommate who is tidy and looking to live with two other female university students who will be working during the summer.
