Fully furnished includes: queen size bed, couch, desk/chair, TV, dresser, fireplace, kitchen island with bar stools, SS appliances, microwave, oven, dishes, pots/pans, cutlery, toaster, etc. Just bring your groceries, laptop, luggage and bedding. Kitchen and bathroom are separate. Living room and bedroom are ONE room. Suite has its own separate entrance. Off-street parking only. Shared washer / dryer with landlord. Washer/dryer is off the kitchen and we each have our own private entrances. This suite does not have a stove, but a hot plate. The microwave also operates as an oven and there is an air fryer that has 7 different functions such as bake, broil etc. Rent includes: wifi, cable, heat, hot water and all utilities.
