Suite is extremely well-built, insulated, with wood details throughout. Private entrance, in-suite laundry, plenty of street parking. Lovely property, great landlords. In the heart of Fernwood, property is a 10 min walk to downtown, 5 min walk to Crystal Poll, Royal Athletic Park, Fernwood Pub and Belfry theatre. We are looking for an emotionally intelligent tenant who values living as part of a community (although we don't expect you to mingle if you don't wish to, by this we mean living consciously and respectfully sharing a household with other people). We value open communication and problem solving in such a way that leaves all parties empowered. No smoking, no pet, sorry. Suite suits one person only.. $1750/month plus utilities (about $50/month) and internet. You must have references. FINE PRINTS: -Low ceiling (7ft), doesn’t suit tall tenants. -Only a double or single bed fits in bedroom, no queen. -There is space for planters along the side of the house but sadly, no tables and chairs as entrance is off a “walkway” (def spacious for walking but not for a table set). -Environmentally conscious property, recycling is a must. We have a composting available (or kitchen waste bin if you have no interest in composting), but you must be willing to dispose of your waste responsibly. Floor plan is almost as it, although the entrance closet is build in a different angle. |
